Shipping & returns

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 14 calendar days of your delivery date.

  • Be in its original, unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

  • If a purchase is worn for any types of photoshoot, red carpet, press or events, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for a return.

ABSHIR reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please email us at abshir@abshirfashion.com. Or submit a Return Request.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We retain the right to deny any return request. Please note, due to the nature of the products and processing fees, all items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional usage or damage fees may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address details. We will do our best to help you change the address prior to the order being shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, it is up to the customer to contact the courier directly with the tracking number provided to change the shipping address. The customer is responsible for all costs arising out of this issue.

damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned namely, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch at abshir@abshirfashion.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

exchanges

Replacement or Exchanges only for items that are damaged or defective, or if you would like to exchange for a a different size. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the item.

refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive and process your return. You will obtain a notification at every stage of the return process.
